Kate Quigley is an experienced member of the Prison Service. She is a successful fundraiser, advises several charities working in the area of prison reform, sits on the Parliamentary Review committee for the Corston Report, and participates in a number of local and national policing initatives. As a Butler Trust awardee, Kate has been working on the development of the Accommodation and Children and Families pathways within the National Offender Management System.
