Early Intervention: Good Parents, Great Kids, Better Citizens
This booklet, by Conservative MP Iain Duncan Smith and Labour MP Graham Allen, and published jointly in 2008 by the Centre for Social Justice and the Smith Institute, calls on all political parties to unite around the policy of Early Intervention. It has been described by Labour MP Frank Field as 'the most important report, official or unoffical, produced in Parliament since [he] became a member 30 years ago'

Hawai'i Healthy Start
The Hawai'i Healthy Start program uses some visitors from the community to provide services to at-risk families. Its goals are to reduce family stress and improve family functioning, improve parenting skills, enhance child health and development, and prevent abuse and neglect.
