Thank you in advance for filling out this form. The estimated completion time is 5-10 minutes. We are primarily seeking responses from staff who are frontline and/or middle management. This data will be collected to support the Trident-WAVE Resilience (TWR) Project in Bradford. This project will be providing free training and materials on Adverse Childhood Experiences-Trauma-Resilience (ATR), as well as restorative services (e.g. supervision, peer support, training), to individuals and organisations across the city between 2022-2025. Our collaboration is a part of the Bradford ATR programme and has been funded by Public Health. We want to ensure these services meet your needs as closely as possible. As such, the purpose of this survey is to: 1) Understand the extent to which practitioners in Bradford are knowledgeable about Adverse Childhood Experience (ACE), trauma and resilience. 2) Understand how practitioners would like us to approach the project with respect to training and materials, and restorative services. We will not share anyone’s personal details and answers with their employers. Survey findings will be anonymised before they are used to inform this project, act as a project baseline and be shared with partners. Personal data will be deleted by 30 June 2025 at latest following completion of this project.
