WAVE Trust is a catalyst for upstream change — achieving transformation at a fraction of the cost of traditional services. 

Examples of its pioneering work include:

Programmes -WAVE introduced the Family Nurse Partnership and Roots of Empathy to the UK, benefitting over 90,000 families at a cost of just £41.70 per family.

Education - WAVE's comprehensive trauma-informed training impacted frontline professionals at an effective cost of £5.54 per person benefitting.

Criminal justice - WAVE’s interventions have stopped violent reoffending at a 40:1 return on investment.

Future work - Looking forward, its 2025–26 plan would catalyse whole-area transformation across three Scottish local authorities at a cost of just £70 per baby — or 60p per resident. WAVE doesn’t run the system; it makes system change happen. That’s the power — and exceptional value — of a true catalyst.
