The 70/30 Network

We are a UK-wide network of individuals, organisations and elected representatives working together to reduce child abuse, neglect and other adverse childhood experiences (ACEs) by at least 70% by the year 2030. We call this goal the 70/30 Campaign.

This ambitious, but feasible goal is necessary because at least half of children in the UK will suffer ACEs during their childhood.

The 70/30 Campaign was created after we received support from our partners and expert advisers who agreed that a 70% reduction is achievable if the right policies and actions are taken by decision-makers and those holding the purse strings. Join today so we can make this vision a reality.

Become an ambassador

"I saw an advert back in 2015 asking if I wanted to make a difference – yes I did. It was an advert for the 70/30 campaign.

"With a few phone calls and research I was accepted into the fold of this family and I became a 70/30 Ambassador; my role was to talk with MPs and tell them my story and stories of other people – and what we can do to make this right.

"My MP was brilliant. He listened and he was transfixed with how much pain one can carry – and how even after all that I still wanted to make a difference – and he tweeted me, he blogged me, I even got into the paper five times plus an online version!"
